Problem
Security warning when executable files (e.g. Recorder.exe, RecorderUI.exe) are started or help file is empty.
This happens if you download the ZIP file with a browser that marks the file as “originating from the Internet” and unpacks it with Windows’ own zip function, which transfers this information to the unpacked files.
Workaround
Enable access in the properties before unpacking the ZIP file. Or after unpacking in the properties of the CHM file and the EXE files.
