Problem

The SMTP connection of Elvis 2 can only send email in unencrypted SMTP and therefore does not work with the mail servers available on the Internet.

Solution

On the computer on which the Elvis server is running, an additional software “SMTP-Relay” can be installed, which receives unencrypted SMTP requests from Elvis and forwards them to a configurable mail server.
