KB050045 | CYCLIC PAGE CHANGE

Product: Elvis
Version: from 2.7
Booth: 2009-09-23

Summary

Some pages should be opened automatically one after the other. After the last page, we should start again with the first page. The change of page should be interrupted and restarted. A bar graph should be used to indicate the imminent page change.

Details

Each page to be included in the page break cycle contains one control element:
Timer Control – this is the timer. The name of the control should be “OpenTimer”. The tag should contain the next page to open. Example: “Page2”
Elvis State Button Control – is used to disable and enable page switching. The name should be “OpenActive”.
Elvis Text Output Control – to display the progress bar. The name should be “OpenText”. We want to use “Wingdings” as the font and the “n” as the character. A sequence of “nnn” then looks like a bar.

Just download the sample (from Elvis 2.7) zykl_seitenw.zip (117 KB).
Unzip all files into the Elvis directory.
Test the project.
