About us

For over 30 years, IT GmbH has specialized in software solutions for the intelligent home and building system technology market.
From the beginnings of KNX (formerly EIB) to the present day, we have taken a pioneering role in the development of the ETS and the manufacturer tool as a development partner of the KNX Association.

In addition to software development for well-known companies in the industry, we also have products in our portfolio that are used internationally. The long-term relationship with our customers and with our employees is the foundation of IT GmbH.

Currently, our 10-person dream team consists of a combination of experienced, long-term employees and creative young colleagues.

To shape the development of tomorrow’s intelligent building technology in cooperation with our partners and employees and to further develop automation through and for our products.

What should your application documents look like?
We welcome individual, personal cover letters that are no longer than one A4 page, clear CVs and only the certificates that are relevant to the position.

Please only send us your application documents by e-mail or via the relevant form in the job advertisement. Once we have received your documents, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

2. We invite you to an aptitude test and initial interview

Now it’s getting exciting:

We will check your documents within a few days (maximum 2 weeks).
If you have aroused our curiosity, we will invite you to an aptitude test and an initial interview.

Depending on the current situation, these appointments can also be held via video conference.

3. We get to know each other better

Do we fit together?

We’ll find out together during the interview, which lasts around 45 to 90 minutes.
We’ll find out more about your motivation and goals, and you’ll get an insight into your potential working environment and our corporate culture.

You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions that are important to you.

If we think that we are a good fit, we will invite you to another interview afterwards.
