Summary
The license of the WIBU key (dongle) is not recognized when the key is inserted.
Details
If the WIBU key was inserted during operation, the license cannot be read.
The dongle status can be read out via the Control Panel-WIBU-KEY>.
Select the Content tab, and under Desktop Workstation,> select the appropriate interface (LPT or USB). The licenses are read out via the Import button. If the appropriate license is available, restart the computer. When inserting the key for the first time, the Windows hardware detection for the key must be performed.
Note: Always insert the key into the same USB port, as each USB port is managed individually by the operating system.
