For all types of log files (System, Alarm, History) the same settings apply in the registry.

MaxLogFileSize=256 Specifies the maximum size of the file in KB.
MaxLogFileTime=24 Sets the maximum time in hours until the start of the next file. The maximum value of approx. 1080 hours (= 45 days) must not be exceeded.
