Important for customers who have purchased a server box with XP Service Pack 2 from us, work with Elvis 2.7 and want to update to Elvis 2.7.731 or higher: The Falcon 2.0 no longer runs with XP Service Pack 2 (32 bit). It is necessary to upgrade to XP Service Pack 3.
Since the server boxes run an XP embedded operating system, a Windows update is unfortunately a bit more complicated. The problem is that the update completely overwrites an existing system. All configurations would be gone.
We offer an update for the server boxes in question. There are service fees for this. Please contact our sales department before sending us a server box.

You can find out which service pack is installed on your computer as follows:
Under Run (Windows key + R), type “winver” and confirm with OK.
In the info about Windows (window that opens afterwards) you can see the version of your operating system.
