Symptoms
When you start the Elvis2 server remote control, a popup appears with the following content:
“The operation cannot be performed because the other application is active. Click “Switch to” to switch to the other application and fix the problem.”
In addition, the process server may also crash.
Cause
The reason may be due to an incorrect installation of the WibuKey driver.
Solution
Uninstalling and reinstalling the WibuKey software.
