Summary
If you want to completely remove the ETS3 from a computer, the configuration data must be deleted manually.
Details
Before a complete reinstallation, it makes sense to remove the configuration data manually, as this data is not removed by the uninstall (via Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs).
You can delete all files and settings mentioned here, as they are always recreated by ETS with default settings if necessary.
User interface settings are stored in the following directory:
– Win98/ME: Windows\Application Data\EIBA sc\ETS3 Professional
– Win98/ME with user profiles and WinNT: Windows\Profiles\username\ Application Data\EIBA sc\ETS3 Professional
– Win2K/XP: Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\ EIBA sc\ETS3 Professional
In the Program Files\Common Files\EIBA sc\Falcon directory, communication interfaces configured in the FalconConnectionManager.config file are stored.
ETS stores its data in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ EIBA s.c.\ETS3 Professional.
