Summary
If ETS 3.0e and ETS2 (including iETS Client) have been installed on the computer, the message “Please wait while Windows configures EIBA iETS Telegram Recorder Client v1.3” will appear on each subsequent Windows startup.
Details
The cause is the renaming of some files in the “Program Files\Common Files\EIBA sc\License” folder in version 3.0e.
To fix it, copy the files in RenamedLicenseFiles.zip to the folder specified above.
