Symptoms

After reinstalling or reinstalling the IT Tools for ETS3, the icons in the toolbar are grayed out or no longer work.

Cause

The reason is that ETS3 stores each user’s settings in the workspace. The ETS does not recognize the changes during reinstallation.

Solution

1. In ETS3, select the Tools> Add-Ins… from.
2. Uncheck the checkboxes of the affected add-ins.
3. Put the hooks back.
