Symptoms
- The terminal cannot be connected to Elvis Server, although network access exists.
- Error message “Password is incorrect” when logging into the terminal, even though it is correct.
Cause
If the above symptoms occur, it may be due to different system times of the server and client PC. These must not differ by more than 5 minutes.
