Summary
The Elvis Support application compiles important information from the PC to help diagnose erroneous behavior.
The Elvis Support application can also be used to change settings on your computers in order to use Elvis on a network. These changes also affect security settings. All changes will be made at your responsibility. IT GmbH assumes no liability for the secure and error-free operation of the computers and the network. Especially if the network also has access to the Internet, the security settings should be checked by a professional. In corporate networks, the network administrator should be consulted.
